NUB is not responsible for any damages caused through wrong handling of the product. With frequent use any fabrics, on which the NUB could be attached to, may be damaged. NUB is not responsible or in any obligation to refund or replace any piece of fabric / clothing. 

Each NUB contains magnets. The customer / user is responsible to consider this at any and all times and take appropriate actions to keep devices and things from being damaged and persons being harmed by these magnets and their magnetic field. With the use of NUBs the customer acknowledges the dangers. More information is provided under "PSA Magnets"
